PAC curriculum
is designed to be used in multiple settings:
-
PAC is
ideal for regular or specific programs

Reclaim failing
students by accelerating them through our flag ship courses: Basic
Math Skills, English Language Skills, Integrated Physics &
Chemistry, and American history. Students work through the lessons
with either a print
or "Talking Textbooks"
edition. Students not only learn core content, but prepare for
state academic assessment exams because PAC builds assessment
preparation right into every lesson!

Accelerated
Ninth Grade Success Initiative:
The pressure is on to meet criteria of NCLB, but new funds for accelerated
initiatives have been released by state and federal agencies to address
the unacceptable drop-out (Leaver) rate among under-performing students.
The problem is real but PAC can help!
-
Students
who have failed 9th grade math, English, IPC or American history
now have the opportunity to make up credit to keep moving towards
graduation with peers.
-
Because PAC
curriculum focuses on helping the students be successful, they
experience immediate hope in core subjects.
-
If students are auditory learners, then use our "Talking
Textbooks" to accelerate students to peer level in regular
classrooms or labs.

Sight/Hearing
Limited: Sight limited/hearing impaired students can enjoy
inclusion learning in a manner that maintains dignity and self-worth.
The "Talking Textbooks" are ideal for students who need
learning modifications that include audio/optical enhancement.
Letter sizes
can be enlarged and sound adjusted as needed. A highlighted cursor
moves the students' eyes left-to-right and down the page at variable
reading speeds (50 to 600 wpm). The student can stop the cursor at
any place and repeat a sentence or single word as needed for understanding
and/or to respond to activity questions.
