Paradigm Accelerated Curriculum & System is honored to work with distributors (enterprises which buy and sell products to customers via catalogs, internet, exhibits or retail stores) who have selected to market PAC products. The following policies guide the financial and product relationship between PAC and distributors.

Discount

Distributors qualify for a 40% discount off regular catalog retail prices (before advertised special discounts to the general public) for volume purchases of $2,000 or greater for the entire order. Thereafter, the 40% discount applies to orders of $1,000 or greater or in box-lot quantities.

Line of Credit

The distributor’s first order must be by check, bank transfer or credit card for the full amount, including applicable shipping and handling fees. Orders paid by check will NOT be shipped until the check clears the bank. The amount of the first order establishes the distributor’s line of credit for 30-day pay on future orders. Distributors who purchase less than $500 gross of PAC products within a twelve month period must pay by credit card or check to reestablish a line of credit. Distributors who do not pay in full within the 30-day period may be assessed a 4% late fee penalty and lose credit privileges.

Purchase Orders

A Purchase Order signed by an authorized person must be submitted by fax,
E-mail or postal service before products will be shipped. The Purchase Order must include a unique number that references the specific sale. Purchase Orders with 30-day pay must establish line of credit. Those authorized to submit POs must be disclosed when the account is established. Charges must be submitted in writing on company letterhead.

International

Distributors outside the continental United States must pay for all purchases and shipping fees by credit card, cashier check or money order in U.S. dollars. A line of credit is not available to distributors outside the Continental U.S.A.

Shipping:

The distributor pays all shipping fees and must prepay all shipping fees on purchases above $500. (UPS, DHL, or FedX arrangement, credit card, check, money order, or cash)

Returns:

1. All returns and refunds must be pre-approved by PAC. A return authorization number will be assigned to the return by PAC. The distributor must clearly label each box with the assigned authorization number prior to shipping.
2. No returns after 20 days from the original shipment date of the original order.
3. No returns on used items.
4. 10% of the original purchase price will be assessed for restocking all returned items.
5. Distributor is responsible for shipping arrangements and expenses on returns. Exception: if PAC ships faulty or incorrect items.
6. The original shipping fee charged to the distributor for delivery will not be reimbursed, except for PAC fulfillment errors.
7. Distributor must use FedEx, UPS or DHL. Do NOT use the US Postal Service for returns. (You must be able to track your package. Without a tracking system, you have no proof that your order has reached its destination).
8. Distributor should insure contents in case the shipment is lost or damaged during delivery. PAC will not reimburse distributors for items that are lost or damaged.
9. An item that is returned in less than “new” appearance will be considered “damaged” and the distributor will not receive a refund for such items.
10. Damaged items returned to PAC will not be returned to the distributor. In the event of damaged items occurring during shipment, PAC will cooperate with the distributor's shipping carrier to provide confirmation of item status. PAC will not be held responsible for the decision or actions of the shipping carrier. PAC will document damage to aid in any insurance claims for the distributor.
11. Distributor agrees not to seek assistance or grievance from their credit card issuer to obtain a refund of all or part of the value of the original invoice. PAC will honor its obligations regarding the aforementioned policies in a timely manner, provided the distributor abides by the terms of this document.
12. Software cannot be returned except for replacement of incorrect items originally sent by PAC; no refund is available.

Public Identification:

The distributor must include “Paradigm Accelerated Curriculum & System” on the distributor’s web site, catalog and brochures where PAC products are displayed or referenced. “PAC” may be used after initial full identification on a web page or within a single printed document, regardless of the number of pages.
