FOR NEW CHARTER/CONTRACT BOARD MEMBERS AND SUPERINTENDENTS

Training includes a comprehensive Operations Manual that covers topics ranging from A to Z, such as Getting Started, Contract Campus, Charter School, budgets, accountability, insurance, discipline, audits, academic contracts, curriculum syllabus, father-challenged teenagers, transcripts, report cards, staff evaluations, professional development, student handbook, decorations, furniture, service learning trips, and much, much more!

Training is provided as scheduled in Brownwood, Texas (located in the heart of the Lone Star State).

The Campus Operations Manual was developed by an experienced School Board President and Superintendent who successfully started and operated an in-school alternative program, storefront contract campus and four charter schools.

The Paradigm Accelerated Curriculum & System was recognized by U.S.A. Newspaper as one of 58 effective programs for recovering at-risk teenagers.

The Center for Educational Reform selected the founder, Dr. Ronald E. Johnson, as an American Education Entrepreneur Hero.
